Presbytery took up consideration of the Report of the Special Commission on Structure and Change during which the Conveners of the Business and Nominations Committee, Stewardship and Ministry Committee and Parish Appraisal Committee introduced the areas of discussion.  Following these introductions Presbytery agreed the Deliverance:

Presbytery encourages the making of every effort to ensure that the Council of Assembly promotes throughout the whole Church both the work and the decision-making of the Council and every Committee.
